Dr. Mike has completed thousands of hours of dental implant continuing education and has placed and restored over 10,000 implants. He is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry, and a Honored Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID).
Dr. Mike is chair of the Admissions and Credentialing (A&C) Board of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, where he tests general dentists, periodontists, oral surgeons and prosthodontists trying to obtain Associate Fellow and Fellowship certification.
Dr. Mike is passionate about learning, and keeping up with the latest trends and technology related to implant dentistry. He is dedicated to providing the best care for his patients, and his commitment to continuing education makes it all possible.
He completed his I.V. sedation training at the Miami Valley Hospital, and is certified by the Ohio State Dental Board to provide intravenous conscious sedation in the dental office.
Dr. Mike is a current member of the American Dental Association, Northeast Ohio Dental Society, the Cleveland Academy of Advanced Dental Education, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Board of Oral Implantology, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Meet Dr. Jay
Dr. Jay's unwavering passion for implant dentistry has
proven to be a driving force behind his remarkable
career success. With his expertise and dedication, he
managed to increase his practice's revenue by more than
double within a span of three years. Dr. Jay now seeks to
impart this same level of success to other implant-focused doctors by humbly bringing his knowledge and expertise to the institute. As a result, he is poised to lead the next generation of implant-focused professionals towards a similarly prosperous future.
Dr. Jay is a firm believer in building lifelong relationships with his patients, whom he considers family. Since earning his dental degree from Case Western Reserve University, he has worked hard to stay up to date on advanced dental procedures and technology. Taking hundreds of hours of CE since graduation specific to implants he found his passion. In his practices he is now able to focus extensively on implants and full arch therapy, placing 750+ implants a year.
When he isn’t creating everlasting smiles for his patients, Dr. Jay enjoys boating, skiing and spending time outside with his wife Laurel, son Jack, and their furry friend Frank.

Michael H. Morgan, DDS, MS, received his degrees including a Master of Science (MS), a certificate in periodontology and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
In private practice since 1994, he has earned a reputation for excellence in implant dentistry — one that is relied on for the care of complex cases referred to him throughout Northeast Ohio and the surrounding region. In addition to implant dentistry, Dr. Morgan focuses on periodontal plastic surgery and laser assisted periodontal regenerative procedures (LANAP).
While in private practice, Dr. Morgan has served on staff at Cleveland Clinic’s Section of Oral Surgery & Dentistry, one of the top 10 hospital-based dental facilities in the United States. He has also served as a faculty member for Case Western Reserve University’s Graduate Periodontology program. Dr. Morgan has participated in dental missions to Peru and continues travel to the Philippines to assist Helping Hands Medical Missions.
In addition to authoring numerous publications, Dr. Morgan enjoys lecturing at several international, national, regional, and local programs. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Greater Cleveland Dental Society. In addition, he is a member of the Connecting Science Circle, a group of opinion leaders for Thommen Medical.
